Ingredients for 6 people:

Squids in damp

1 kgs. of squids Clean and wash the squids. Dry and cut them  into pieces. In a saucepan with the oil make to brown to slow fire the minced onion and the crushed cloves of garlic. Pour the squids, bathe with the wine, season with salt and pepper. When the wine is evaporated add the tomatoes and make to finish to cook. If necessary add some ladle of warm water.
1/2 glass of oil
1/2 of onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of red wine
1 kgs. of tomatoes
salt and pepper
