Burina fettuccine

  Ingredients for 6 people: Fry slightly in the oil the pillow, unite the peas and bring to cooking. Add the clean fresh and cut mushrooms and the cut raw ham to edge. Amalgamate well all the ingredients till complete cooking and add salt. Boil the pasta and season it with the compound, adding butter, some cream and pepper. Distribute in the platters and sprinkling with pecorino cheese  
600 gms. of egg pasta (fettuccine)
  250 gms. of fresh mushrooms  
40 gms. of thin raw ham
250 gms. of peas
roman pecorino cheese
  50 gms. of butter  
pillow
cream
oil
salt
pepper
