Pasta and broccoli soup

  Ingredients for 6 people: In a pan with oil, garlic, salt and hot chilli put the minced streaky bacon. Leave the ingredients to golden a little and then add broccolo cut into pieces together with half glass of white wine. When the wine has evaporated, add two glass of water, and leave the broccolo to cook slowly. Wait for the broccolo to cook completely before adding some water if necessary and remember that when cooked the broccolo should be firm and whole. Now add the pasta and leave to cook, then season with a generous amount of roman pecorino cheese  
300 g. of small pasta
  1 broccoli  
100 g. of streaky bacon
roman pecorino cheese
white wine
hot chilli
