Jewish artichokes

  Ingredients for 4 people: Cleaning up the artichokes and put its downhead in a saucepan where, to moderate flame, will do its blanch in salt water and oil (half -and-half). Take out its and put to cool on a steel platter (or marble plane). In a frying-pan does heat the oil and dip the artichokes after have its beaten on a desk to open the leaves. Just the artichokes become tender raisings flame and incite the oil with sprays of cool water
